Product Introduction
The shunt capacitor reactive power compensation device is an electrical equipment that provides capacitive reactive power to the power system through shunt capacitor group. It is mainly used to improve power factor, enhance voltage quality, and reduce line losses. It is widely used in distribution network systems of industries such as power grid, petroleum, chemical engineering, railway and urban rail transit, steel, coal, and other industrial and mining enterprises.

Product Features
1) Energy-efficiency
It directly provides capacitive reactive power, which can increase the power factor to above 0.95 and reduce line loss.
2) Modular design
It adopts the group switching method to achieve stepped compensation with flexible capacity configuration.
3) Multiple switching methods
Switching methods, include contactor (for conventional load), thyristor (for rapid impact load) and composite switch (for comprehensive types), can be selected.
4) Intelligent control
It is equipped with an intelligent controller to monitor the system power factor in real time and switch capacitor groups automatically.
5) Complete safety protection
Built-in over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current and temperature protection.
6) Optional filtering function
It is equipped with a tuned electric reactor (for example, with 7% reactance rate) to form an LC filter circuit while filtering the 5th, 7th and 11th harmonics.
7) Mixed compensation system
It forms a mixed compensation system with SVG and MCR.
