Industry characteristics and requirements:

Renewable energy generation (wind and solar) exhibits intermittency, variability, and distributed characteristics. Core requirements include efficient grid integration, power quality assurance, voltage stability control, reliable internal power supply for stations, and system grounding safety. Key challenges involve addressing harmonics, voltage flicker, power fluctuations, and weak grid interconnection.

Core challenges:

Voltage variations caused by power fluctuations, harmonic exceedance at point of interconnection (POI), voltage regulation of collector systems within power plants, reactive power support capability, ground fault protection, and operation in harsh environmental conditions.

Key Product Applications:

Oil-immersed transformer/Dry-type transformer: Used inside wind turbine towers, PV inverter rooms, and auxiliary power systems for booster station (fireproof and environmentally friendly ).

Prefabricated substation: Reliable power supply deployment for booster station in wind farms/PV power stations.

Arc suppression coils/Grounding resistor: Handle single-phase ground faults in medium-voltage systems within station yard.

SVG: Core equipment for grid connection, dynamically compensates reactive power, stabilizes voltage, suppresses voltage fluctuations and flicker, and mitigates harmonics.

High voltage shunt capacitor: Provide fundamental reactive power support in coordination with SVG.
