Core demands include production safety assurance, equipment efficiency improvement, energy consumption reduction, outage loss minimization, sensitive equipment protection, and grounding safety compliance.

 

Core challenges: 

Penalties from low power factor, production disruptions caused by voltage fluctuations, equipment damage from harmonic pollution, flicker induced by impact loads, single-phase ground fault management, and operation in extreme environments (high temperature/humidity, dust, corrosion).

 

Key Product Applications:

Oil-immersed transformer/Dry-type transformer: Core products, used for indoor power distribution in workshops, production lines, data centers, etc. (featuring safety, low noise, easy maintenance and harsh environment adaptability).

Prefabricated substation: For enterprise general step-down substation or ultra-high-capacity scenarios requiring rapid power supply deployment.

Arc suppression coil: Extinguishes grounding arcs in enterprise distribution networks (especially cable networks) to ensure continuous power supply.

Grounding resistor: Limit ground fault current in generators or medium-voltage systems.

SVG: Mitigate power factor penalties, voltage fluctuations/flicker and harmonics caused by impact/non-linear loads (e.g. rolling mills, arc furnaces, VFDs).

MCR/High-voltage shunt capacitor: Reactive power compensation for applications with relatively stable loads to improve power factor.

Line voltage regulator: Stabilize the voltage at the end of the power supply line or critical production lines.
